How long it will take to receive my order?

We have warehouses in four continents around to ensure fast delivery times. If you need further details before placing your order, please add the items you want to buy in your basket and go to the checkout page. Once there, our system will automatically give you an estimated delivery time, prior to placing the order.

Can I track my order?

Yes, you can track your parcel. When the order is sent, you will receive an email with a trackable link.

Which payment methods do you accept?

You can pay securely using your debit or credit card.

I have made a mistake with my order, what can I do?

If you’ve made a mistake with your order, contact us as soon as possible with your name, order number and as much information as possible about your order to support @ technocloth.com. We will do our best to help you. 

Can I change or cancel an order that is already submitted?

Yes. You can always change a submitted order or even cancel it as long as this order hasn’t started being processed in our factory. The time between order submissions and the fulfilment process can vary from 12 hours to 3 days depending on the demand in our factories. If you want to make changes, write to us as soon as possible at support @ technocloth.com and we will do our best to help you. 

Can I return my order?

We accept returns for misprinted/damaged/defective items. Claims must be submitted within 14 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 14 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
