We accept returns for misprinted/damaged/defective items. Claims must be submitted within 14 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 14 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
If the 14 days outlined above have elapsed, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Please check the size guide before placing your order. We do not cover size exchanges but in case you need another size, we will do our best to help you.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you are still waiting to be refunded, please first double check your bank account or contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially processed.

Sale items (if applicable):
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately sale items and products bought through a coupon discount cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable):
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you want to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support @ technocloth.com and send your item to the return address you will find in your package.
To return your product, you should mail your product to the address you will find in the package.
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item, unless, as indicated in the first paragraph, it is a damaged or misprinted product. In all other cases, shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on the product’s final destination, the time it may take for it to reach you may vary.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can not be held responsible if it is lost in transit so and we don’t offer a guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
